Terms & Conditions of Whisky Tasting Events

Eligibility
- All attendees must be 18 years or older. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request valid photo ID.
Tickets
- Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
- Proof of purchase may be required at the event.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled by us.
- If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible — transfers or credits may be offered at our discretion.
Responsible Behaviour
- Our tastings are designed for appreciation and education. We provide measured tasting samples only.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Some whiskies and pairings may contain allergens. Attendees are responsible for checking any allergen information provided and advising us of specific requirements before the event.
Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our negligence.
- Please drink responsibly and arrange safe travel home.
Photography & Media
- We may take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please let a member of staff know on arrival.

Responsible Drinking Policy

We are committed to ensuring our whisky tastings are enjoyable, safe, and responsible.
Our key commitments are:
- Only those aged 18+ may attend or participate.
- We use measured tasting samples appropriate for educational appreciation, not for heavy consumption.
- Water and takeaway containers are always available.
- Light food or palate cleansers are provided where possible.
- We encourage attendees to use taxis or public transport and never drink and drive.
- We reserve the right to stop serving anyone who appears intoxicated.
